Medical health insurance:

We are happy to accept you/your child as a patient if you are arranging to pay through private medical insurance, however it is your responsibility to check with that third party whether you have to pay any excess and how much treatment they will cover, as you will be liable for any shortfall payment they do not make.

We accept BUPA, AXA, WPA, Cigna, Aviva, H3 and Victims & Survivors however you must have their pre-authorisation code plus how many sessions allowed prior to starting their first appointment.  All other medical insurance schemes will have to pay for their appointment and claim back from their own insurance company but you must check first if this is possible with your own private medical company.  Any queries regarding health insurance please contact us to check if we accept you medical health insurance prior to starting treatment.

The patient is responsible to pay in full any excess amount stated in their insurance policy.
If the patient’s insurance policy fails to pay for treatment, the patient will be liable for all costs incurred and the price will revert to the self funding prices.

For accounts outstanding for more than 30 days following notification of charge, fee, or excess. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable administration fee (£15 per invoice).

Failure to settle your account in full or to respond to subsequent invoice reminders will lead to an 8% administrative charge.
