At Bangor Physiotherapy, our dedicated team of qualified physiotherapists, trained by the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates Institute (APPI), take our physio-led Pilates classes. Our small, personalized classes offer flexibility, enjoyment, and are suitable for individuals of varying abilities.

Pilates prices: 6 week block @ £63 (non-transferable) or Pay as you go @ £13 (book on-line) or 1-1 sessions available @ £50 for 45 mins (book at reception)
